Affiliations and accreditations

We are a Christian organisation engaging communities in nature conservation.

We respond to the global crisis of biodiversity loss through community-based conservation projects. We carry out ecological monitoring and research; conserve and restore habitats and their fauna and flora; encourage appreciation of nature and participation in its conservation, through environmental education and community outreach; and provide a forum for understanding the relevance of the Christian faith to environmental issues.

A Rocha International supports a network of 21 A Rocha organizations around the world, publicizing the work at an international level and fostering the emergence of new initiatives.
